What time does the event start and end?

The event runs from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Do I need to make a reservation, or can I just walk in?

Reservations are highly recommended, especially for peak times, but walk-ins are welcome if space allows.

What’s included in the ticket price / cover?

Your ticket includes all you can eat fried chicken, plus a selection of sides (corn, mashed potatoes, greens), dessert from our dessert table, and live music.

Will there be vegetarian, vegan, or allergy-friendly options?

Yes — we’ll have some sides that are vegetarian. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate. (Please note: items are prepared in a shared kitchen.)

Is there a kid’s price / children’s menu?

We typically offer a discounted price for children (or a fixed amount). Check the reservation form for current child rates.

Where is the event held?

At The Club at Pecan Grove (or specify address). Include directions / map link.

What if it rains or weather is bad?

We have a rain plan. (E.g. we’ll move seating indoors / have tents / reschedule). We’ll notify ticket holders if any changes.

Will there be live music? What kind of music?

Yes — local musicians / band will perform during the event. Expect a mix of (genre, e.g. jazz, country, acoustic, etc.).

Are drinks included in the ticket?

Soft drinks / water may be included. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase (if applicable).

Can I cancel or get a refund if I change my mind?

You can absolutely get a refund, but keep in mind that you will be giving up a table reservation.

What happens if I arrive late?

We’ll still seat you if there’s room, but late arrivals may miss some of the music or dessert service.

Is seating assigned, or first-come / open seating?

Seating is open (or specify assigned / reserved tables).

Are pets allowed?

All pets on leash and are allowed in outdoor areas only. If not, state that pets are not permitted.
